Sad visit
Aaron and I went north to visit my dad, who is on home hospice with pancreatic cancer. He kept asking to see Aaron again, so we spent a couple days visiting. It was a difficult visit. Seeing my father in such bad shape is incredibly depressing, but he lit up whenever Aaron was with him. Here are some pics of him fist-bumping and high-fiveing dad. We had a little birthday celebration, because the little mister is 1!!

I finally got a moment to check the blog! Aaron is adorable! It looks like he took to you and you to him! Very, very sweet. I knew you'd be a natural mom. Love the suppository story. Other moms would be pacing the floor, you're so great - just giving him the supp without even batting an eye! Love it!
I am very sorry about your dad. I can imagine these are bittersweet days. Your blog has evolved like this amazing story.
